The undersigned hereby authorizes our Bank(s), Trade References, and Financial Institutions the right to release credit information. Additionally, each undersigned individual(s) who is either a corporate officer or principal of the credit applicant provides written instructions to T4. and/or its assignees, agents or nominees his/her written authorization for such purpose. A photostat or facsimile of this authorization shall be considered as original.
